Vodafone announces the Vodafone Friends Circle offer for its customers
Delhi, December 30, 2008: Vodafone Essar, one of India’s leading cellular service providers, today announced Vodafone Friends Circle for its customers across the country. Vodafone Friends Circle allows Vodafone customers to make local calls to their friends at 20 paise/min. A maximum of five numbers can be added by Postpaid and Prepaid users. Vodafone customers can know all about activating this service simply through an SMS FRIENDS to 144 (toll free).

Customers need to pay a monthly rental of Rs.15/number per month to enjoy this offer. All local calls made to these added numbers would be charged at 20 paisa/minute. Standard charges will be applicable for roaming and SMS. Customer has the flexibility to change his or her choice of numbers at the end of a month.
