Company Press Release:

Share Music & Videos with new Sony Ericsson W595 Walkman™ phone

Sony Ericsson W595 Walkman™ phone has the
video website YouTube™ fully integrated into the phone’s media centre.

December 18, 2008: Sony Ericsson launched first of its kind Walkman™ phone that is specially designed for sharing music and videos. The new W595 Walkman™ phone offers the stereo share jack, specifically designed to let people share their music experience. Get up close and personal with the stereo share jack so your best friend can listen in from an additional headset. Store and play over 1900* tunes in the 2GB Memory Stick Micro™ (M2) or share great sounds through the built in stereo speakers.

Also, the phone has a fantastic added feature that lets you upload videos or download your favourite clips from YouTube™. Sony Ericsson has partnered with YouTube™ owners Google™ to integrate the website into the W595 Walkman™ phone, enabling users to instantly access YouTube™ from their phone. By tilting the phone one can watch the videos in full screen landscape mode.

Make play lists that match your moods with SensMe™ and change your tune or raise the volume with a flick of your wrist using Shake control. The W595 also comes with preloaded games for a full entertainment package - the possibilities are endless!

“The W595 Walkman™ phone is a great music phone,” said Sudhin Mathur, General Manager - Sony Ericsson. “The W595 Walkman player has received plenty of praise with its newly introduced Stereo Share Jack so that you could share your favourite music & videos with your friend because ‘Differences disappear when you share a song’.
