Mumbai, December 7th, 2006: Reliance Communications, ranked among Asia’s 6 topmost valuable telecom companies, today announced a record 1.35 million net subscriber additions on its wireless network, the highest growth seen across all telecom operators during November 2006. Sustaining the growth momentum, Reliance Communications monthly net subscriber additions have experienced a growth rate of 17%, over previous quarter.

During the month of November,
Reliance Communications crossed the 4 million subscriber base landmark
in the state of Maharastra (including Mumbai). Subscriber base in Uttar
Pradesh (E) & (W) crossed 3 million, in Andhra Pradesh 2.5 million
subscribers and in Madhya Pradesh 2 million subscribers.
