Airtel ushers in simplified roaming tariffs
Reduces roaming tariffs across India
New Delhi, February 14th 2007: Reiterating its commitment to driving affordability in the Indian telecom market, Bharti Airtel India’s leading mobile services provider announced a reduction in roaming tariffs that are at par with existing local call tariffs.

All local calls while roaming will be charged at Rs 1.40 per min., STD calls at Rs 2.40 per min and incoming calls while roaming will be charged at Rs 1.75 per minute.
