Call Waiting / Call Hold  Call Waiting:  If you are on call and somebody else calls your number, your call-waiting feature alerts you with a special audible tone. You then have the option to either put the call-in progress on hold, and answer the new call or reject the incoming call.  To use Call Waiting:  Press YES/OK to answer the incoming call  Press YES/OK to switch between the two calls Press NO to end both calls.  Call Hold:  This service allows you to put an on-going conversation on hold, and call another party or receive call from another party. You may switch between the two parties at any time.  To use Call Hold:  Key in a number or recall from phone book the number you want to dial Press YES/OK to dial the second call or receive the second call  Press YES/OK to switch between the two calls Press NO to end both the calls.
